Feeling great. This is the last illustration I have to post from my last zine.
Working alot right now on new work. Something rad I came across today is this ALICE NEEL documentary. Her work is so great. Stuff you could really live with for sure. The documentary is a real look at what it means to give up everything for your work. Doing what you love with no compromise.
Been drawing a shitload. Feels great.
Gonna get some photos taken and be posting newer work, Yeah!
Today I was put in the best mood my this FIFTY PEOPLE ONE QUESTION video.
Watched them all in fact. When you're working towards a big goal(like in art)
I feel like it's good to keep day goals in mind. Like, what do I want out of today?
As long as it stays at happiness, skating and art, I'm stoked.
Keep the focus.
Such a rad day. Skated all day. New board. Rolled some one cent peices at ANTISOCIAL SKATEBOARDSHOP for the penny drive.
Give some. Then skated for a bunch of the night. Jesus, so rad. Anyway, need to get some painting done. Couple cool shows comming up focus time.
Top dude Mike Irvine who is living the dream, shredding old motorcycles in India
told me to draw an all seeing eye dog a while back. This is it..
What ever happened to having a ratty dog who eats table scraps, lives outside mostly
and is always down to hang?
These are some photo's from my show at Antisocial last month.
It was super fun and got me thinking alot more about larger scale work.
I did a couple 40x60 paintings for the show. I'd like to focus more on stuff
that big and bigger. So fun.
